I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families find balance and healing through a holistic and relational approach to therapy. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative journey between the client and therapist. My role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions openly. Together, we can work to identify your strengths, navigate your challenges, and find the most effective strategies to support your personal growth and well-being.

Currently pursuing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northwestern University, my training includes a foundation in Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST), a flexible and comprehensive approach that focuses on understanding and addressing the complex interactions within individuals and their relational environments. This focus allows me to tailor interventions to your unique needs, considering the various systems you are a part of (family, work, social, cultural etc..). I am excited to bring my background, skills, and dedication to the team at CMFT and look forward to supporting you on your therapy journey.
